Welcome to The Practice.
The Practice is a training ground for actors of all experience levels that provides its students with the space, time, and tools to develop consistent quality and confidence in their work.
Founded on the principal that no two actors are alike, The Practice helps each of its students create their own personal technique using tools from several different methods. We believe that there are many roads that lead to great work, but that the strongest path is the one you forge for yourself.
While many training programs teach the method of a specific teacher, the work at our studio allows actors to explore and refine their craft with a diverse set of techniques to ultimately discover their own way of working, leading to increased ease and confidence and a deeper personal connection to the work.
Our goal is to work smarter, not harder. Through exploration of Viewpoints, Meisner, and Practical Aesthetics, coupled with a physical practice that includes Yoga and Feldenkreis, you are given the tools and perspective to build an approach that is as unique as you are.
From those just starting the journey to those looking for a place to stay fresh, every
actor has a place at
The Practice.
Welcome.
